Hi I’m Ali, a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA). I am passionate about creating a space where clients can feel heard and validated with their experiences. I believe in building a strong therapeutic relationships where my clients can be their authentic selves in sessions. I strive to collaborate with my clients in their self-exploration and self-empowerment to improve their emotional wellbeing.

The use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) techniques support in fostering meaningful changes and personal growth.
