Hi I’m Ali, a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA). I am passionate about creating a space where clients can feel heard and validated with their experiences. I believe in building a strong therapeutic relationships where my clients can be their authentic selves in sessions. I strive to collaborate with my clients in their self-exploration and self-empowerment to improve their emotional wellbeing. 

 

My therapeutic approach is tailored to each individual’s needs and unique experiences by using a person-centered approach. The use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) techniques support in fostering meaningful changes and personal growth. It is my goal to meet my clients where they’re at and work together in creating a more fulfilling life.
