I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA) dedicated to helping individuals and
families find clarity, connection, and meaningful change through therapy. My approach is warm,
collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices including Dialectical Behavior Therapy
(DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). These modalities are highly effective in
helping clients understand their emotions, manage distress, and build skills to navigate life’s
challenges with greater confidence and self-awareness.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health
Counseling from Fairfield University. As part of my clinical training, I completed an intensive
internship at Silver Hill Hospital, where I gained experience working with a diverse population
across both inpatient and residential levels of care. During this time, I worked with individuals
facing a wide range of psychiatric diagnoses, including depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar
disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), borderline personality disorder, and obsessive-
compulsive disorder (OCD), and other related disorders. I collaborated closely with
multidisciplinary teams to support both adolescents and adults, providing individual therapy,
group therapy, and crisis intervention.
In addition to my work at Silver Hill, I have clinical experience at the Center for Discovery,
where I supported adolescents and families affected by eating disorders and co-occurring
emotional and behavioral challenges. These combined experiences have equipped me with a
deep understanding of complex mental health needs and the importance of a tailored,
compassionate, and trauma-informed approach.
The goal of therapy in my practice is to provide a safe and supportive space where clients feel
empowered to explore their inner world, build effective coping strategies, and move toward
greater emotional balance and self-understanding. I believe in honoring each client’s unique
journey, offering both structure and flexibility as we work together to achieve their goals.
Whether you are navigating a difficult life transition, struggling with overwhelming emotions, or
seeking help for your child or teen, I am here to support your growth and healing every step of
the way.

I work with children (ages 8+), adolescents, adults, couples, and families, and am committed to
providing inclusive, respectful care that helps each person thrive.
