I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) with a background in clinical mental
health and school counseling. I work with children, teens, young adults, adults, couples, and
families navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and complex
trauma.
My approach is holistic, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practice. I integrate CBT,
Person-Centered, Reality, and Gestalt therapies with solution-focused, mindfulness-based,
experiential, and family systems approaches—allowing therapy to remain flexible and
responsive to each client’s needs.
Drawing from my school counseling background, I support children with emotional regulation,
executive functioning, confidence, and school-related stress, and I am licensed to provide in-
school clinical mental health services, including collaboration on IEP and 504 supports.
I am currently pursuing advanced training in Play Therapy (RPT track) and believe play and
creativity can be healing across the lifespan. I strive to create a warm, culturally responsive space
where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow.
