​I believe in creating a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout the counseling process. My approach is person-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed, with a focus on helping clients navigate substance use disorders, anxiety, relationship issues, life transitions, and stress management concerns. I incorporate techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to help clients build insight, develop coping skills, and strengthen motivation for change. I am passionate about supporting individuals through complex life challenges and believe healing and growth are possible through connection, self-understanding, and consistent support. Outside of my professional work, I enjoy reading, spending time with cats, and continuing to learn about human behavior, mental health, and personal growth.
