My mission as a professional counselor is to provide the highest-quality therapeutic services that support my clients in increasing their self-awareness, self-empowerment, and emotional well-being. I hold a bachelor’s degree in forensic psychology from Arizona State University and a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Walden University. I have experience working with both adults and adolescents, and I am certified in dialectical behavior therapy. My therapeutic style is rooted in a person-centered approach.

I strive to destigmatize mental health and provide an open, accepting, and honest environment where clients feel seen, validated, and at peace. My clinical experience includes extensive work with eating disorders, mood and anxiety disorders, and grief counseling.
