About the Role
We are seeking a licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD/PsyD) in Connecticut to provide clinical supervision and mentorship to associate-level clinicians (LPC-A, LMSW, MFT-A) in a growing outpatient practice.
Responsibilities
Provide weekly individual supervision
Support associate clinicians toward CT licensure requirements
Guide case conceptualization and treatment planning
Review documentation and ensure ethical/clinical compliance
Consult on cases and support clinical growth

Active Connecticut Psychologist license (required)
Eligible to provide clinical supervision in CT
2+ years post-licensure experience preferred
