Are you feeling stuck with life’s challenges and sometimes it feels like too much? I can offer a warm, caring, safe environment where you will have someone listen to what you are experiencing. I have helped adults, couples, teens and children navigate similar challenges. Our time together can focus on reflection, healing and growth leveraging practical tools. Together, we can collaborate on finding solutions that work for you to reach your goals.
Associate Therapist
I am a compassionate and client-centered therapist dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where individuals feel heard and understood. I work with clients experiencing addiction and recovery challenges, life transitions, grief and loss, OCD, anxiety, depression, and relationship concerns. I believe effective therapy begins by meeting clients where they are and collaboratively developing strategies that support meaningful and lasting change.
Associate Therapist
I am a Licensed Master Social Worker passionate about supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families through life’s emotional and behavioral challenges. I utilize a client-centered, strengths-based approach and integrate evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care, to support clients in achieving their treatment goals.
Associate Therapist
Provisionally Licensed Therapist
Beginning therapy can feel like a vulnerable step and finding a counselor who truly sees you as a whole person makes all the difference. As a graduate intern in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at St. Bonaventure University, I am committed to creating a warm, authentic space where you feel genuinely heard, respected, and supported wherever you are in your journey.

My path to counseling was shaped by nearly a decade as an educator, where I had the privilege of walking alongside students and families navigating some of life's most difficult challenges. That experience taught me that meaningful change begins with developing relationships built on trust, empathy, and the genuine belief that every person has the capacity to grow. I carry that belief into my work as a counselor.
