Beginning therapy can feel like a vulnerable step and finding a counselor who truly sees you as a whole person makes all the difference. As a graduate intern in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at St. Bonaventure University, I am committed to creating a warm, authentic space where you feel genuinely heard, respected, and supported wherever you are in your journey.

My path to counseling was shaped by nearly a decade as an educator, where I had the privilege of walking alongside students and families navigating some of life's most difficult challenges. That experience taught me that meaningful change begins with developing relationships built on trust, empathy, and the genuine belief that every person has the capacity to grow. I carry that belief into my work as a counselor.

My clinical interests center on teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, and the lasting impacts of childhood experiences. I draw from approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Motivational Interviewing, and I am guided by the belief that you are the expert on your own life. My role is to help you access the wisdom and resilience already within you. Whether you are processing past experiences, managing day-to-day stress, or working toward a life that feels more aligned with who you are, I am here to support that work.

I look forward to the opportunity to walk alongside you.
