Meet the Team
Marriage & Family Therapist & Clinical Supervisor
Growth, change, and choice are constant parts of life, even when they don’t feel simple or easy to navigate. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I provide a supportive and collaborative space for individuals, couples, families, and children working through anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, ASD, executive functioning challenges, and life transitions. I also offer affirming care for LGBTQ+ and poly relationships.
My approach is systemic and integrative, drawing from DBT and CBT to support emotional regulation, communication, and resilience while helping clients understand the patterns that shape their relationships and experiences. I focus on creating space for insight, practical tools, and meaningful change that feels authentic and sustainable. Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy baking, video games, and reading, which reflect my appreciation for creativity, curiosity, and balance in everyday life.

Therapy can feel intimidating, and no matter what brings you to this page, I’m glad you’re here. You don’t have to navigate this journey alone.
Whether you are seeking to better understand your emotions, manage life’s stressors, or develop mindfulness skills, I am dedicated to supporting my clients through their journey of healing and personal growth. I strive to create a therapeutic environment where clients feel safe, valued, and heard. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. I draw from evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI), to guide my practice and support meaningful, lasting change.

Associate Therapist
Hi, I’m Avery! I am a Licensed Masters Level Social Worker with 4 years of clinical experience in
working with individuals and families. I believe therapy begins with empathy, compassion, and
creating a space of safety and authenticity. One of my goals as a provider is to foster and
maintain a safe, comfortable, and validating environment for healing and self growth. I utilize a
holistic, person-centered, and strength-based approach when working with you on your self-
improvement and personalized treatment goals.
With a background in neuroscience, I enjoy learning more about the brain, how it works, and how we can heal and grow through our past experiences. I have a passion for working with LGBTQ+, substance use, and grieving populations.

Associate Marriage & Family Therapist
I believe therapy works best when people feel comfortable enough to show up honestly, without feeling judged or pressured to have everything figured out. I believe in a person-centered framework, and I approach therapy as a conversation. I work with individuals, couples, families, adolescents, and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, family conflict, emotional regulation challenges, and major life transitions.
My approach is collaborative, relational, and rooted in understanding the bigger picture of a person’s experiences, including family dynamics, culture, relationships, and past experiences that may continue to impact them today. I utilize approaches including CBT, family systems therapy, Gestalt-informed techniques, Structural Therapy and emotion-focused interventions while tailoring treatment to each client’s individual needs and goals.
