Therapy can feel intimidating, and no matter what brings you to this page, I’m glad you’re here. You don’t have to navigate this journey alone.

Whether you are seeking to better understand your emotions, manage life’s stressors, or develop mindfulness skills, I am dedicated to supporting my clients through their journey of healing and personal growth. I strive to create a therapeutic environment where clients feel safe, valued, and heard. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. I draw from evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI), to guide my practice and support meaningful, lasting change.

My clinical experience includes my internship at LifeBridge Community Services, where I strengthened the clinical skills essential to becoming an effective counselor. I provided services to a diverse client population with a wide range of presenting concerns. Through intake evaluations, assessments, and clinical analysis, I developed diagnoses as well as individualized treatment plans that addressed each client’s immediate and long-term needs. This experience deepened my understanding of cultural humility and reinforced the importance of supporting clients who are navigating systemic barriers and social disparities with empathy, presence, and respect.

I believe that every person has strengths and the capacity to build an authentic and meaningful life. It would be my honor to hear your story and walk alongside you as a supportive professional throughout your journey.
