Meet the Team
Therapist & Clinical Supervisor
Hi, I’m Sam! I’m a licensed clinical social worker who believes therapy should feel like a place where you can show up authentically without needing to filter yourself or pretend everything’s okay because—let’s be real—sometimes things just don’t feel okay. I strive to create an environment that is safe, validating, and helps you feel truly seen and heard. Whether you’re looking to better understand yourself, navigate life changes, or simply have someone listen without judgment, I’m here to assist you in any way that allows you to move from where you are now to where you want to be.

Marriage & Family Therapist & Clinical Supervisor
Growth, change, and choice are constant parts of life, even when they don’t feel simple or easy to navigate. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I provide a supportive and collaborative space for individuals, couples, families, and children working through anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, ASD, executive functioning challenges, and life transitions. I also offer affirming care for LGBTQ+ and poly relationships.

Associate Marriage & Family Therapist
I am Aminah, LMFT-A, an associate licensed therapist who helps individuals, couples, and families through focusing my therapeutic approach with the use of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness meditations, teaching anxiety and depression coping skills, as well as solution focused therapy techniques. When working with clients, I believe that families and relationships build the foundation of community and partnerships in life. Using a compassionate and empathetic approach creates a safe space to unpack and explore life's stressors, emotions, and solutions with you as a team as we work together towards your goals. When you are ready to embark on this journey of healing and discovery, I am honored to help guide you through that process of evolution. Thank you!

Creating resilience during life’s transitions can be challenging! Whether it’s child and adolescent behaviors, family and relationship conflict, emerging adulthood, divorce, or parenthood, these transitions can bring stress and uncertainty. I’ve worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families to navigate these changes, manage mental health challenges, and build on their existing strengths. My approach is collaborative and trauma-informed, with a strong emphasis on building therapeutic rapport and creating a space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.
