I value building genuine therapeutic relationships grounded in trust, curiosity, and collaboration, using a person-centered approach that allows individuals to come as they are, without the pressure to have everything figured out.
My approach is collaborative and relationship-centered, with attention not only to the individual but also to the broader ecological systems they’re embedded in, including family, relationships, community, culture, and larger social conditions. I explore how these interconnected layers influence lived experience and contribute to current patterns in thoughts, emotions, and behavior.
I specialize in supporting individuals, couples, and families as they navigate anxiety, anger, emotional regulation challenges, self-esteem and self-worth concerns, and difficulties in relationships, communication, intimacy, and family or marital dynamics.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy cooking, baking, engaging in creative and artistic activities, and traveling, and I often bring that same sense of creativity into the therapy space.
