Hi, my name is Shea, and I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW). My goal is to create a space where my clients feel comfortable, supported, and truly heard from the very beginning. 

I have worked with children, teens, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, mood-related concerns, trauma, self-esteem, emotional regulation, and life transitions. I also have experience with OCD, ADHD, eating disorders, personality disorders, and substance use.
