Lead Associate Therapist

Elizabeth Maharaj, LPCA, NCC

Life can be overwhelming, and finding a space to truly feel heard and understood is essential for growth. As a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA), I am dedicated to supporting clients of all ages through life’s challenges. Whether you're navigating anxiety, facing significant life transitions, preparing for college, or seeking clarity in your decisions, I am here to help. My approach is warm, empathetic, and nonjudgmental, creating a safe space for you to express yourself, away from societal expectations and pressures. I aim to help you uncover your strengths and build resilience as we work together toward your goals.

Therapist

Maria Thibodeau, LPC

I specialize in supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, grief, attachment-related challenges, parenting concerns, and substance use. I offer care in both individual and group therapy settings, integrating evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and expressive arts techniques.

Grounded in a trauma-informed and client-centered framework, my goal is to create a safe, inclusive space where individuals can process life stressors—past and present—and develop meaningful strategies to live fulfilling, purpose-driven lives. I am committed to helping clients set realistic, achievable goals while building resilience and self-awareness.

Associate Therapist

Megan Ardery, LPCA

I believe that therapy creates space to explore how we can live more intentionally. By identifying connections between your past and what’s concerning you in the present, and recognizing patterns in your relationships, we can discover new perspectives and new ways of relating to yourself and others. Using a flexible and client-centered approach, I strive to create strong, collaborative relationships that emphasize a client’s strengths to help them reach their goals.

Associate Therapist

Madison Rispanti, LMSW

Hi, my name is Madison! I am an associate therapist who wants to provide a safe and welcoming environment for all my clients. I have a strong foundation in client centered and evidence based therapeutic approaches. I carry my sessions with empathy, holistic care and professionalism with skills in cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy. Through my field experience I have worked with adolescents across multiple school settings. I have helped clients manage their emotions, challenge their negative thought patterns and create effective coping strategies. I am eager to build connections with new clients and accompany them as they work toward healing and growth.
