There is no predicting when the circumstances of life will leave us feeling out of balance, overlooked, or overwhelmed. Whatever the occasion, a competent mental health counselor can  make a meaningful difference along your journey to wellbeing as a source of support and clinical guidance, providing a space for you to feel genuinely heard and sincerely understood. As a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, it is my mission to provide such support to individuals, couples, and families as they navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, relationship and family concerns, self-esteem, and significant life transitions.

My approach is based in empirically validated modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, while guided by a person-centered orientation that appreciates how deep emotional healing and improved functioning can be achieved by way of sincere interpersonal connection. From this stance, I tailor the therapy to the unique needs of each person, with an emphasis on developing practical coping skills, strengthening communication and relationships, and gaining greater insight into the thoughts, emotions, and patterns that influence our lives. When appropriate, I am also open to integrating spirituality and personal values into the therapeutic process.

As a counselor my role is to walk alongside you, offering a nonjudgmental and collaborative environment where you can explore what matters most, develop practical tools for change, and move toward a life that feels more meaningful and aligned with your values. Whether you are working through a specific concern or simply recognize that something needs to change, I would be honored to support you along the way.
