I specialize in supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, grief, attachment-related challenges, parenting concerns, and substance use. I offer care in both individual and group therapy settings, integrating evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and expressive arts techniques. 

 

Grounded in a trauma-informed and client-centered framework, my goal is to create a safe, inclusive space where individuals can process life stressors—past and present—and develop meaningful strategies to live fulfilling, purpose-driven lives. I am committed to helping clients set realistic, achievable goals while building resilience and self-awareness.

 

My journey into the mental health field was deeply influenced by my background in the arts. I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Art Education from Southern Connecticut State University and spent six years as an art educator in Stratford Public Schools. This experience sparked my appreciation for creative expression as a powerful therapeutic tool. I later earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Bridgeport and gained valuable clinical experience at BHcare Shoreline Outpatient Clinic. I look forward to the opportunity to connect with new clients and walk alongside them in their healing journey.
