As an eclectic Associate Therapist and Licensed Master Social Worker, I like to meet clients where they’re at in their mental health and wellness journey. My background in counseling, youth development, and life transitions informs my current work supporting individuals at any stage in life. 

 

 

In my practice, I use a strengths-based approach and draw from multiple modalities, such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Narrative Therapy. My work emphasizes practical coping skills and gives space to process both everyday emotions as well as difficult, complex experiences. It truly is my passion to support and collaborate with clients as they navigate life’s challenges and work towards meaningful goals.
