I'm Allyson Pisani, a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) with a passion for helping individuals navigate life's challenges and discover their inner strength. I earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona, where I developed a strong foundation in mental health and therapeutic practice.

I specialize in working with clients who are experiencing eating disorders, stress, anxiety, career-related concerns, and interpersonal difficulties. I use a compassionate, evidence-based approach that is tailored to each individual, with the goal of helping clients better understand themselves and develop tools to manage life’s demands more effectively.

My goal in therapy is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered. I believe that healing happens through connection, and I strive to build a collaborative relationship where we can explore challenges together and work toward meaningful change.
