I have helped adults, couples, teens and children navigate similar challenges.  Our time together can focus on reflection, healing and growth leveraging practical tools. Together, we can collaborate on finding solutions that work for you to reach your goals. 

I lead with empathy, authenticity and respect as each client has their own unique journey. I noticed people are needing a deeper connection with someone relatable during the pandemic and transitioned my career to become a Therapist.
