I believe therapy is a collaborative and supportive process where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to work toward meaningful change. As a Licensed Master Social Worker, I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore their experiences, build on their strengths, and develop practical tools to navigate life’s challenges.

My approach is client-centered and strengths-based, with an emphasis on meeting each person where they are. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, psychoeducation, and solution-focused approaches to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while working toward their individual goals. I work with adolescents, teens, young adults, adults, couples, and families experiencing a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, and mood concerns, emotional regulation difficulties, relationship challenges, life transitions, trauma, social stressors, and substance use. I recognize that each person’s experiences and goals are unique, and I believe therapy should be individualized to reflect those needs.

My goal is to provide a supportive space where clients can develop greater self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, build confidence, and work toward positive and lasting change. Whether you are navigating a difficult transition, struggling with your emotional well-being, or simply looking for support and a new perspective, I am committed to working alongside you throughout the process.
