Coleen has 35 years experience as a public service and private practice provider specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of young adults and adults with behavioral health conditions. Coleen spent most of her career in community behavioral health working with individuals who experience disparities in access to behavioral health due to social drivers such as poverty, chronic mental illness, substance use disorders, and systemic inequities.  Coleen is a visible advocate in schools, government, and community mental health providing consultation, program development, and implementing quality care within public and private institutions.  Coleen is dedicated to providing consultation and supervision services that ensure high quality evidence-based treatment is available to all who are in need.
