I work with individuals and families navigating the often complex, painful, and transformative moments of life. Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, trauma, identity questions, substance use, relationship challenges, or a sense of feeling lost or overwhelmed, my role is to offer a space where meaningful change becomes possible. I welcome clients of all ages, backgrounds, and life experiences, including teens, adults, parents, and those exploring who they are and where they want to go.

In our work together, you'll find a balance of reflection and action. We'll explore patterns, uncover strengths, and make space for the parts of you that may have gone unheard or unseen. My approach is collaborative and direct, informed by both clinical experience and a deep respect for each person's unique story. I strive to meet clients with genuine curiosity and steadiness, so that insight and growth can unfold naturally.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in the state of Connecticut and hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Western Connecticut State University. My clinical training includes intensive work at Silver Hill Hospital, where I supported adolescents and adults in residential, inpatient, and neuropsychiatric programs. I bring this experience to every session while tailoring our work to your specific needs, goals, and pace. This work is deeply personal to me. If you're searching for clarity, healing, or direction, or even just a place to start, I'm here to talk.
